Rae Ripple - An Artist Looks at EO

Host Jesse Tyler is joined by Rae Ripple, who is a talented metal artist, fabricator, children's book author, motivational speaker, and contestant on Netflix's Metal Shop Masters.

Although not an employee owner herself, Rae is a brand ambassador for 100% EO Hypertherm. Rae shares her thoughts about employee ownership, how her visit to Hypertherm changed her views of how employee-owned companies and factories differ from non-EO. She also shares advice to young women entering the workplace, and how men should treat women at work and in life.

Rae also shares her inspiring background, including homelessness, domestic abuse, addiction, and how she has pushed forward to overcome life's challenges. She discusses the impetus behind her children's book "When I Grow Up."

The goal of this podcast is to have owner-to-owner discussions about a wide range of ownership experiences and culture topics, and to bring more insight into the individual ownership experience.

The Owner to Owner Podcast is produced by Bret Keisling for the EO Podcast Network.
